How do I place a wholesale order?Simply go to the Wholesale tab on our website, log in to your account and add the products that you would like to order to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and payment when you are satisfied with your order.

What is your minimum order requirement for wholesale?We have no minimum order quantity at the moment, Wholesalers are free to order what they need.

Do you offer custom branding and packaging for wholesale orders?On special request we can customize orders at an additional fee. But, we would encourage our Wholesale clients to embrace our original designs.

Can I ordered custom products from the Wholesale website?Unfortunately our Wholesale department does not specialize in custom orders, as the logistics and scale may lead to prolonged order fulfilment periods at our current capacity.

How will I be notified of any new collections or products?Product updates and any new collections will be visible on our Wholesale website and you will receive updates from our Wholesale team when new items are launched. We will also be sure to update you on all the new things happening via email and WhatsApp.

What are your dropshipping terms?Order fulfillment will start promptly upon receipt of payment. Once an order is completed we will notify you and you can book your preferred courier to collect the order at our address. Each Wholesaler is responsible for any and all communication to their end customer. Purpose & Proverbs will only communicate with the Wholesaler.

How do I activate my discount?Select all the items you would like to order, proceed to “checkout” and enter your unique discount code in the coupon section. Your discounted percentage and amount on all items in your order will appear at the bottom of your invoice.

What is your lead time for wholesale orders?Delivery is typically within 10 business days of order confirmation, depending on the quantities of each specific order.

Order lead time before shipping.The current lead time for processing orders is anywhere between 7-14 working days. Please note that the lead time will increase to 30 working days if your order contains a Hand Painted Bible.

How do I track my wholesale order?Once your order is shipped, you will receive a waybill number from us. You can use this number to track your order on the link that the courier provides.

Why is shipping R110?We have a flat rate of R110. As part of our rate, we provide tracking emails and text messages to keep you updated on the status of your order during the delivery process.

Do you offer free shipping for wholesale orders?Unfortunately not. Normal shipping prices apply.

How long will my delivery take?We make use of reliable couriers. Your order should be delivered at the given address between 4-7 working days for all central cities from payment received. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days for remote locations. (please note this excluded the ordrer processing time) Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating this. *Please note: Due to Covid-19, shipping could be delayed slightly. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include the service provider, a tracking number and link to where you can track your order. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and will reach you within that week.

What is your payment method for wholesale orders?The Wholesale Client shall pay for each order in advance or as per the agreed-upon payment terms. Late payments may result in delayed order processing. We accept EFT & Credit Card payments. We also have also partnered with Payflex to allow for a more flexible payment solution for larger or urgent orders.

What is your return and exchange policy for wholesale orders?Damaged goods - If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Purpose and Proverbs within 1 day of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products, or if you have any problems whatsoever, it must be reported in writing or via email. Please note that you may not return any goods until you have received written authorization to do so from Purpose & Proverbs. Goods sent back without a written explanation will not be credited to your account. General Refund Policy: Any damage/faults must be reported in writing or via email and the Wholesaler cannot return goods until written authorization is received. Goods sent back or exchanged without a written explanation will not be credited to your account. Refund Policy for Dropshipping: Each Wholesaler is responsible to communicate our refund terms to their customers clearly.

Can I cancel a wholesale order after it has been placed?Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days of the order placement. Refunds take place after 10 business days

How do I know how much I can resell the products for?Goods can be sold to consumers with a markup between 25% and 50% of the wholesale prices. Goods may be sold at discounted prices. However, the discounted items may not be sold at less than Purpose and Proverbs’ retail prices without written approval.
